We know what it takes to create effective videos that engage audiences and shape perceptions.
From the initial scripting to the final video, the team was professional and enthusiastic in achieving our objective.
They understood the desired outcome that we wanted, provided constructive advice, and delivered a product to our immense satisfaction.
Most of all, we appreciated the strong cooperation throughout the project. It was an enjoyable experience working with a great team!

Having worked with different government clients across the public service, our team has extensive experience working with Ministers and VIPs across all government bodies.
From managing sensitivities during interviews, to capturing authentic moments, we pay close attention to the finer details.
We understand the importance of adhering to government protocols when creating videos.
Our team has a deep understanding of the inner workings of government organisations and the rigorous standards required to consistently deliver a superior project management experience while creating impactful videos that have massive reach.

Over the years, we’ve consulted and worked with public agencies on a diverse range of video projects: explainer, outreach, marketing, branding, event, recruitment, launch, award, training, education, internal communication, pre-recorded livestream and more.
We have been a preferred provider for 8 years, delivering successful video projects that effectively communicate our clients' messages and meet their objectives.
When COVID-19 hit in 2020, CPFB was faced with a strong need to bring their outreach online. Over the last 3 years, we worked closely together to pioneer, test, launch & refine their digital media campaigns.
Started with enhanced outreach videos which combined light animation with a person speaking to camera that performed well online.
In March 2023, we launched a two-part series that highlights the real challenges that their frontline workers go through to help humanise the public face of CPF.

2022 marked the year that primary and secondary school students could return to school, after 2 years of disruptions to 'normal' school life due to multiple COVID-19 safety measures.
Wanting to celebrate the often intangible academic and non-academic qualities of school life, MOE decided to refresh their usual National Day video with a short film to welcome students back to the classroom.
Over the past few years, we've partnered with MOE to produce over 30 videos together.
This video project was a deviation from the traditional National Day video - an emotional short film that anchored celebrations for that year.

Fresh Approach to a National Day Video
Emotional short film was showcased in all schools as part of National Day celebrations.

The kick-off is the initial stage where our team will meet with key stakeholders to discuss their objectives, target audience and messaging.
This meeting helps our in-house production team gain a clear understanding of your scope of work, timeline and expectations for the project - so that there are no miscommunications and no surprises throughout the project.

In this step, the team gathers information about your organisation, your message and your target audience to truly understand our objectives.
The team approaches every video uniquely - no cookie-cutters. We brainstorm the best way to convey your message with a video that will resonate with your target audience.

In this step, the team develops the script and work with you for feedbacks to ensure that the script is accurate, relevant, and effectively conveys the message.
With strong experience working with different scenarios including kids, shipping, getting government clearance, and VIPs, we are able to pre-empt the best scripts to achieve the purpose.

Once the script is approved, the team moves on to the pre-production phase. We handle everything including location recce, briefing, casting, and studio setup.
In this stage, the team will work very closely with the client, providing a minute-by-minute run of the shoot to ensure that everything goes as planned.

The filming process for a typical projects typically spans over 2-3 days. We always make sure you or someone from your team is on-site to approve any last-minute changes.
Before the shoot begins, we conduct a kickoff huddle to ensure the day goes as planned. At the end of the shoot, we do a final wrap-up to confirm we have 100% of the material we need.

Once filming is complete, our post production team takes over to piece together the final video. During this process, we work closely with you to revise the work over 3 major cuts.
These cuts will allow us to sequentially confirm the content accuracy, scenes, rendering, graphics, subtitles and more, to produce a final product that meets your expectations.
Once all the changes have been approved, we'll deliver the video over to you, and the project is a wrap!

We are qualified for both the video as well as animation categories, which means we are able to work with you on live action filming, full animation or hybrid projects.
Our strength lies in delivering end-to-end full-service competencies (concept development and pre production to filming and post-production). At the same time, we can also be engaged for more specific work such as filming, editing or animation only.
From our experience, we advise that key stakeholders be involved in the initial decision-making process, so that we are able to align on the requirements and scope of work before embarking on the project.
Upon awarding of the project, we would hold a kickoff meeting with your main project team, where we firm up the direction, clarify details and provide visibility on all the upcoming stages to be expected. We would also highlight which milestones key stakeholders should be involved in, in order for smoother project completion within time and budget.
The exact schedule will depend on the scale and complexity of your production. We generally recommend planning for a production timeline of 6 to 8 weeks between project confirmation and video delivery.
After the kickoff meeting, we will prepare and share with you a detailed production schedule which lists the milestones and delivery dates clearly.
If you have an idea of your scope of work, you could make an estimate from the line items listed in our WOG Framework rate card. However, we’d still recommend for us to go on a call together, so that we may advise and package a more accurate proposal for you.
With this call, we would also be able to consult on the best use of resources to meet your objectives, which sometimes involves putting certain items as optional or proposing alternatives for you to bring back for your team discussion.
Having worked with different government clients across the public service, we understand that although you are procuring the video under the WOG Framework Agreement, each organisation has its own finance and administrative processes to adhere to. We will work closely with your finance and procurement colleagues on the paperwork and approvals required.
As video productions are multi-staged projects which take weeks or sometimes months to complete, we work based on progressive payments matched to project milestones. This enables us to run our business sustainably and also responsibly when it comes to paying the freelancers and vendors who work with us on time.
We have consulted with many clients, both new and returning, at different stages of their projects: budget raising, exploration, ideation or with a full brief that’s ready for execution. So please let us know where you’re at and we will be able to support you accordingly.

As part of its roadmap for upgrading Singapore's connectivity infrastructure with 5G, the MCI is also pushing out multiple communication pieces to educate the public on its plans.
With such a complex, multifaceted topic, our team worked very closely with the MCI team as well as Senior Minister of State Dr. Janil Puthucheary to conceptualise a simple, engaging video that achieves the outcomes of all stakeholders involved.
Packaged a potentially dry topic in an entertaining way.
Consulted heavily between multiple stakeholders to integrate multiple perspectives into one script.
Directed Dr Puthucheary to deliver script in an interactive and engaging way in sync with various visual effects on screen

"The team was organized, collaborative, and flexible throughout the entire process. There are a lot of pieces and stakeholders involved in every video production. Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA)

"I was pleasantly surprised by the efforts of the team to “quality control” the final product to a very high degree. There are vendors who would just produce a decent product and stop there. I really appreciated the team’s effort to go the extra mile to produce the best possible product for us. Intuitive Films has a good work ethic and were committed to producing a quality product."
